Chris is President, CEO and Co-Owner of Fisher’s Technology, an office technology company offering IT services, copiers and printers, and electronic document management software solutions. A Boise Native, Chris received his MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and holds a Chemical Engineering Degree from University of Idaho. Chris sits on the Board of Directors for many organizations throughout Idaho. Fisher’s has quadrupled in size and received numerous awards including: Idaho’s Best Places to Work the last ten years straight, Inc. 5000 fastest growing U.S. companies four years, and other awards for Business and Technology.

Michael is the CEO and President of Elevation Labs. His personal passion is to unleash untapped leadership in all employees and develop a culture that is a sustainable competitive advantage. 

Michael comes to Idaho Falls with over 18 years of experience in the beauty and skin care industry. Beginning his career in Ireland with Procter & Gamble, producing skin care & cosmetics for brands such as Olay, Max Factor, and Cover Girl. Michael was born and raised in Ireland and lived their for 26 years before moving to The U.S. He is married to his amazing wife Allyson and has 2 children, Keelin and Michael. Michael loves to listen to books, particularly books on leadership and organizational development. Michael loves to travel and is an avid photographer. For fun he enjoys golfing, skiing, shooting hoops and biking.
Tommy Ahlquist
Tommy is an entrepreneur at heart. He has started several successful small businesses. He knows the important role small business plays in Idaho’s economy and personally understands how government can help these leaders succeed or slow progress with excessive and overreaching regulations.

Tommy believes in the people of Idaho. His commitment to making communities stronger has driven him to run for governor. With fresh ideas, a fresh approach and by working together, he knows we can build an even better Idaho.

As a community leader, Tommy is currently serving on the several community boards and recently co-founded the Treasure Valley Leadership Alliance and Idaho 2020: Investing in Idaho’s Future. 
McKay Christensen
McKay is the President of Melaleuca, a $2 billion consumer products company headquartered in Idaho Falls. McKay has three graduate degrees including a Masters in Business Administration and a Ph.D. in Organizational Learning. Prior to joining Melaleuca, McKay worked for Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio. He also served as the Director of Strategic Planning for Holiday Inn Worldwide in Atlanta, Georgia and the Vice President of Operations for U.S. Shoe Corporation—the parent company of LensCrafters.

McKay joined Melaleuca in 1995 as the Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer. In 2000, he became President of Melaleuca International. In 2008 he was named President of Melaleuca. McKay is married and has five children. He is a published author, and speaks to audiences around the country on leadership and strategy.
